All legal authority and fiduciary responsibility remain with the personal representative. Appointed's coordination work supports — and never replaces — the attorney's role.

We coordinate estate property sales at the direction of the personal representative — identifying qualified local agents, managing the process from listing through closing, and coordinating everything that needs to happen to the property before and after the sale.
